Kazuya (カズヤ Kazuya) is an elementary school student who is a classmate of U-1 and bullies him. He is a natural genius who gets good grades and is popular. He is also good at skateboarding and is an only child who lives in a upscale residence.
Kazuya bears a striking resemblance both physically and personality wise to the ruler of the Gravillian Empire Zowie, although they are not related. They also have the same voice.
