Gregorio Siegfried Wilhelm III (グレゴーリオ・ジークフリート・ヴィルヘルムⅢ Guregōrio jīkufurīto vu~iruherumu Ⅲ) is the sixth enemy U-1 encounters whose Gitaroo is a pipe organ that he conducts to play from afar. He is the second strongest warrior of the Gravillian Empire and is fought in the Great Cathedral after U-1 defeats the Sanbone Trio and rescues Miranda and the other Gitarians that were imprisoned.
Biography[]
While he looks composed, Gregorio is the crazy and frenzied Gravilian warrior. Known as the second strongest warrior of the Gravillian Empire, Gregorio prides his capabilities to the point of obsession. He is obsessed with beauty and finds inspiration for his art in tragedy and pain. Gregorio is said to have built the Great Cathedral around the pipe organ to support his weapon, calling upon angels to assist him.
In the Collection menu, Gregorio is the one voicing the commentary regarding each item that is selected.

Trivia[]
- A fan on the official Gitaroo Man website asked why Gregorio screams, "Mama----!", but they were not given a direct answer. It's implied that the cry was done to smash the stereotypical impression of "good-looking" characters.
- In the Japanese version, Gregorio literally screams out the word "Mama----!", but in the English version, he sings it. It is unknown why this change was made in the localization.
